Magnus Light LED grow lights have been developed in collaboration with Parus, a manufacturer of LED lighting with more than 10 years of experience in horticulture and multi-layer cultivation. Magnus Light lighting is also widely used in horticulture. For the past four years, Magnus Light has worked with Parus on these air-cooled LED grow lights with COB (Chip On Board) technology, specifically intended for consumers who want to grow their own plants. COB technology is known as the most powerful and efficient LED technology at the moment.

The expert and professional background of the developers has resulted in a series of LED grow lights with optimum color balance, light distribution, efficiency and lifespan. In comparison with an HPS or MH grow light, a Magnus Light LED grow light delivers 50% energy saving with the same light intensity in μmol, or at least twice as much μmol with the same power consumption. Magnus Light LED grow lights thereby have a much lower temperature release than HPS grow lights, but generate enough heat to heat the environment to the optimum temperature. The special Magnus Spectrum also ensures that the ideal leaf temperature (> 26 degrees) is reached, which is very important for most crops to be able to fully absorb nutrients and not to stagnate. The Magnus Spectrum mainly focuses on the colors blue (for growth) and red (for flowering). The Spectrum provides the complete light requirement of the plant, so that Magnus Light LED grow lights can be used for the entire life cycle of the plant. Using a Magnus Light will ensure a better quality of the end product and a higher yield than you are used to with an HPS or MH lamp on the same surface. And that also in a shorter period, because Magnus Light LED grow lights ensure faster crop growth; a short life cycle.

The parabolic lens, specially designed for Magnus Light, ensures optimum light distribution. There is a better distribution of the light to the sides, so that you achieve the same result almost everywhere. The lens also ensures that the light penetrates much deeper under the upper foliage, so that also the lower parts of the plants receive sufficient light. For comparison: Magnus Light LEDS have a deeper radiation and less loss on the outside than HPS. The parabolic lens also ensures that the colors are bundled, so that the full color spectrum can be reached from 40 cm.
