How do I place an order?
At Onlinetopgarden.com you can place your order fast and easy. Our order process exists out of four clear steps. You can change your order until the moment you press “Check out”. Only after pressing that the order will be final.
Choose your productsOn the product page click the button “add to cart” to add the product to your shopping cart. If you want more of one item you can simply change the amount on the product page. If possible you can also select the colour or the size. With most products there is a policy ‘order before 13:00, delivered next day’. Other products will be send within 1-2 or 3-5 workdays. On every product you will find the delivery time. Want to keep shopping? Just press “continue shopping”. Want to finish your order? Press the button “check out”. All the prices on the website are VAT included.
Your dataDo you have an Online Top Garden account to place your order with? Then fill in your username and password to continue.
Don’t have an Online Top Garden account? Then press the button “Guest check out” Fill in the address data, we use this information to send your order. Fields with a star (*) are mandatory since we need those.
Filled in all your data? Press the button “to step 2”
Payment method & Delivery optionsHere you can choose which payment method you want to use. We don’t charge you any extra money for these payment methods. We offer you the following payment methods:
- Cash payment on pick up in Houten (only on appointments)
-Cash on delivery (Not possible at a DPD parcel shop and only available in the Netherlands Belgium and Germany)
After that choose one of the two delivery methods. We offer the following delivery methods:
-DPD Parcel service
-Pick up at Online Top Garden (Pakketboot 15G, Houten)
- DPD Saturday (for delivery in Belgium)
-DPD parcel shop (Can’t be used in combination with cash on delivery)
Summary of your orderOn this screen you will get a summary of your order data, everything right? Then press “check out”
Want to change something? Then press “modify” At the concerning data that you want to change.
After you placed your order we will keep you informed about the status of your order using e-mail.
After we received your order, you will receive an e-mail of an order confirmation. In this e-mail you will find a summary of all the order information. Did you not receive an e-mail? Check if the order confirmation didn’t end up In your unwanted or spam folder. If this isn’t the case, contact us as soon as possible. Your payment will be on the name of D&M Concepts. As soon as we received your payment you will receive an payment confirmation.
After we carefully checked and packed your selected products your order will be given to DPD or Hoektransmission. You will receive an confirmation e-mail from the designated transporter. In this e-mail you will also find a track & trace code which you can use to follow your order on the way to the point of delivery. Modify or cancel your order
